Shipping

All orders will be processed within 5 working days, this does not include the day of purchase.
There are still some delays on parcels in the UK and over seas due to knock on effects with the virus. Please keep this in mind when ordering.
 
 On average orders outside the UK take 7-14 days to arrive once shipped, however it isn't uncommon for them to take a little longer, especially in the current situation, so please do not worry if there is a delay! 

All items are shipped in boxes and packed very well so that your crystals are safe travelling across the country and world! where possible recycled padding is used. If by chance the shipping works out cheaper once I create your postage label, any over charge for postage will be refunded.

If you place multiple orders in a week or during one of my planned stock updates, I will always try to combine where possible and refund any extra.

I ship worldwide, if at checkout it says shipping is not available for your country, please pop me a message on the contact button, or on social media, and I will be able to set up your country on the system if needed!

Please note where shipping is calculated by weight, this is based on the estimated packaged weight, not the item alone. For some items of a higher value the non tracked option of shipping will not be available even if the weight falls into the category, this is due to insurance purposes

Orders over £66 - £80 - £10 and will be sent special delivery for insurance

PLEASE NOTE- IF A PARCEL IS RETURNED TO ME, AND IT SHOWS AS REFUSED FOR ANY REASON INCLUDING REFUSING TO PAY CUSTOMS FEES, YOUR ORIGINAL POSTAGE WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. THIS ALSO APPLIES IF YOU DID NOT COLLECT YOUR ITEMS IN TIME, TO HAVE IT RESHIPPED WILL MEAN THE POSTAGE WILL NEED TO BE PAID AGAIN.
